Please note:
- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
- $300.00 Reservation/Security/Damage Deposit on all rentals,
fully refundable within 14 days of departure.
- 11% Lodging Taxes, required by the City of Gulf Shores, added to all rentals.
- $100.00 Cleaning/Setup Fee on all rentals.
- The full rental balance is due 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date. If booking an arrival date that is less than 30 days away, entire rent is due at the time of booking. On monthly rentals, the full rental amount is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of $300.00 refundable security/damage deposit, the signed invoice, and the signed rental agreement.
- Weekly rentals begin on Sat. at 4:00pm and end on Sat. at 10:00am, unless otherwise agreed.
- Rates are subject to change.
- Sorry, we do not accommodate pets.
- Not appropriate for large parties, family reunions, weddings, or receptions.
