Please note:
- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.
- 5 Night Minimum Stay from May 14-Sept. 9, 2011
- $300.00 Reservation/Security/Damage Deposit on all rentals,
fully refundable within 14 days of departure
- Add 11% Lodging Taxes required by the City of Gulf Shores.
- $100.00 Cleaning/Setup Fee
-Weekly rentals are from Sat. 4:00 pm to Sat. 10:00 am, unless otherwise agreed.
- Reservations will be confirmed when $300 deposit, signed invoice, and signed rental contract is received. The full rental amount is due 30 days before arrival. If booking an arrival date that is less than 30 days away, entire rent is due at the time of booking. On monthly rentals, the full rental amount is due 45 days before arrival.
